What is 3S Training?
In a nutshell… 3S is a wholistic physical, mental and emotional self-management training to achieve Sustainable Happiness. The 3S exercises were created by Dr. Jinendra, a global educator and wellness activist who practices and teaches ‘Sustainable Happiness’. Knowing that breath is a powerful tool for emotional management, he linked movement to breath regulation that helps calm and relax the mind. 3S Exercises are carefully designed to link intentional body movement with breathing.
What do I gain and what will I learn?
3A tools and techniques are space & time independent. 3S training offers you the benefits of incorporating the latest scientific mind-body research into a simple series of exercises that massage internal organs, flex, realign, and train almost every joint, muscle, and body part, enabling you to feel relaxed, rejuvenated, calm, poised, focused and happy. 3S is a self-calming, stress reducing, intervention tool for ourselves and our children.

Can anyone take 3S training?
YES! a short 30 hr training program followed by mini-practicum will turn you into a trained ‘3S ambassador of happiness’. No previous knowledge is required to understand and learn these new skills. 3S training is innovatively designed to empower ALL, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, religion or economic status.
Can I be trained to become a 3S-teacher and use it in my work/profession?
yes, anyone can become a 3S trained teacher. Classroom teachers, parents, counselor, psychologist, staff and mental health and wellness professionals who service public school students, college practicum students, retired professionals who mentor and volunteer in the schools. Designed specifically as an early intervention strategy for physiological and emotional self-management, 3S positively benefits ALL, who use them regularly.
What are some of the benefits of 3S training?
3S teaches you how to reduce 3 Stress types – Physical Stress, Mental Stress and Emotional Stress arising due to Security, Survival, and Self-esteem issues in our daily lives. 3S trains us to reduce fear, anxiety, negative thoughts and behavior, anger, frustration that challenge us daily. 3S works with regular-ed as well as special-ed students in schools. You will be able to use 3S at any place and in any situation that arises and causes stress and behavior issues for students / parents / teachers / employees. 3S training and practice requires no investment in equipment or construction. In Office / Work / home environment, the person learns experientially, to gradually replace negative energy responses with POSITIVE RESPONSES.

3S can be easily integrated in your Office / Work / home or neighborhood environment. Endorsed by WI State Superintendent, Elizabeth Burmaster. Approved by MMSD and Cardinal Stritch University WI for 3.0 PAC / Grad Any school can request Dr.Jinendra to conduct 3S Teachers Training Classes. After short 30 hour taining, these trained teachers along with volunteer parents trained by Jinendra can strat implementing 3S exercises right in the classroom – not part of physical education. Some interventions can take less than 3 minutes to show results. 3S promotes student’s own self-adjustment right in the classroom/home rather than in the Time Out Room.
