Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. You will be able to check all details regarding prices, discounts if any, taxes, and shipping & handling costs. After you have completed the payment, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order.

Cancellation and returns

NOTE: This policy does not apply to Virtual and downloadable products, like e-courses, e-books, meditation music, posters, etc., which are exempt from the right to cancel.

 This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault — for example, if goods are faulty.

You can cancel your contract within 24 hours after placing the order. To do this, please e-mail us. We will refund your money, within 7 days.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

Faulty goods

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us to discuss the matter further.

If the goods are found to be faulty within a reasonable time after delivery, we will replace it at our cost.

Changes to these terms

Our standard terms and conditions were last changed on May 15, 2016. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.

We do not need an SSL because: All payments are processed by Pay-Pal. We collect no credit card information. Our log-in form allows user to use Facebook connect to log-in.

Do we use ‘cookies’?
We do not use cookies for tracking purposes.

California Online Privacy Protection Act
CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page or as a minimum on the first significant page after entering our website.
Our Privacy Policy link includes the word ‘Privacy’ and can be easily be found on the page specified above.
