3S exercises are designed for ‘Neurogenesis’ and activation of EDRC-The Effort Driven Reward Circuit. 3S training involve tasks that are complex, challenging, engaging, entertaining and fun, so they help boost brain power through neurogenesis, decrease negative emotions and increase positive emotions.

Learn how to control your emotions through breathing techniques, meditation and yoga. Learn how to get through stressful situations without losing your temper using simple techniques that you can do anywhere. The tools you will learn in this class can help you deal with sadness, anger or depression.
